The organization of Mensa Korea consists of the Office, where all administration matters are processed, the Public Relation, Meeting, Publish, Test, International Affairs and Education committees. One can do committee activities through each head of committees. Anyone is not supposed to belong in two or more committees at the same time.

Committees

International Affairs Committee

• Editing and translating the materials from the Mensa International
• Interchanging with Mensa International and other national Mensa groups

Publish Committee

• Editing, publishing and posting journals
• Collecting the data on Mensa activities
• Publishing many other things

Public Relation Committee

• Collecting and restoring Mensa related articles, broadcastings and video recordings
• Making and distributing advertising brochures
• Planning to uplift Korea Mensa
• Managing a list of reporters and pressmans

Meeting Committee

• Planning regular events
• Governing the events
• Discussing and developing the events afterwards

Test Committee

• Registering, marking and preparing the test
• Maintaining the safety of the test
• Bulletining results of the test
• Developing a new way of testing and proctors

Education Committee

• Finding and educating gifted children

Secretariat

The secretariat is organized by the head of the Office. They do the followings:

• Handle member information (Address, Phone numbers, Statistics, and etc)
• Issue I.D. card
• Collect dues
• Post results of the tests
